What this page does
It sends your request for roadside help to the Nationwide Automotive Group dispatcher. Sending a request is free and does not commit you to buy anything.
Emergencies
This page is not an emergency service. If anyone is hurt or in danger, call 911. Wait in a safe place away from traffic.
No guarantee of a time
A request is not a promise that a technician is free or will arrive at a set time. Arrival times on the status page are estimates. We confirm the details with you by phone.
Cost
This page shows no prices. The cost of any service is agreed with you before work starts.
Honest requests
Send only real requests with correct details. Requests that look fake are closed without a reply. Send only photos and words you are allowed to share; we use them only for your request.
Your status link
Anyone with your status link can see the request, add to it or cancel it. Keep it private.
